Bus driver strikes child in Mont Belvieu
MONT BELVIEU, TX – A Barber Bill Independent School District bus driver struck an elementary school student on Sapphire Lagoon St on Thursday, according to Click 2 Houston.
The bus driver hit the student around 7:40 a.m.
Paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The bus driver and the two students on the bus were not hurt in the collision.
The Barber Hill ISD is cooperating with authorities in the investigation.
