At least one person killed in late-night pedestrian crash on I-35
AUSTIN, TX – At least one person was killed in a pedestrian crash on I-35 late Friday night, according to information from KVUE.
The crash happened on northbound I-35 near Highway 290 and Exit 238A at around 10 p.m., when a driver collided with a pedestrian victim.
At least one person was pronounced dead after the crash.
The driver remained at the scene after the collision.
Authorities closed down all northbound lanes of I-35 as they investigated the crash, with traffic being rerouted to the service road near Exit 238A.
