Pedestrian struck and killed in two-vehicle collision on Galveston Road
HOUSTON, TX- A pedestrian was struck and killed in a two-vehicle collision on Galveston Road on Sunday afternoon, according to Houston Police Department reports.
At approximately 2:20pm, officials reported and responded to a two vehicle crash that occurred when a Kia failed to stop at an out-of-order traffic signal. The vehicle swerved to avoid another car and struck a pedestrian. The pedestrian was critically injured and transported to an area hospital where they succumbed to injuries shortly after.
