Father and daughter hit by vehicle at Oak Moss Dr. intersection

SPRING, TX- A vehicle struck a father who was out bicycling with his daughter near Oak Moss Dr. on the morning of March 27th, KTRK reports.

This accident occurred at 7800 Oak Moss Drive off of Theiss Mail Route.

Residents from the area explained that crashes are a common occurrence at that specific intersection, especially during heavy times of traffic.

The father was pulling his daughter along in a child bike carrier when they were both struck by a white Chevy or GMC truck around 7:40a.m. The child was under six years old. Both had to be hospitalized, but are expected to survive.

The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 and ESD 11 were among the first responders to report to the call.
