Hit-and-run driver fatally collides with woman on N Fwy Service Rd
HOUSTON, TX – A hit-and-run driver struck and killed a woman who may have been sleeping at the entrance to a shopping center on the 4400 block of N Fwy Service Rd on Thursday, according to the Houston Police Department.
The driver hit the woman, who may have been homeless, around 5 a.m.
Following the collision, the driver fled the scene without rendering aid to the woman.
Authorities do not have a description of the suspect or their vehicle. They urge anyone with information considering the incident to contact them.
