1 dead in motorcycle crash on Farrell Street in Houston
HOUSTON, TX – According to the Houston Police Department, officers are investigating a deadly motorcycle collision on Farrell Street that occurred on May 2.
A 66-year-old woman was driving a white Dodge Dakota pickup truck west on the 100 block of Farrell Street when she turned left and collided with an eastbound black Suzuki motorcycle ridden by James Estes, 68, around 12:50 p.m.
First responders transported Estes to an area hospital, where he died.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene. Authorities determined she was not impaired and questioned and released her.
