1 life claimed in single-vehicle crash east of Monmouth

MONMOUTH, TX – One person’s life was claimed in a single-vehicle crash east of Monmouth on Wednesday.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office told Click2Houston that the crash happened before 12:30 a.m. on the eastbound lanes of East Freeway.

Deputies have not released the victim’s name or specified the events leading to the collision.
