2 construction workers fall into hole in Montrose
HOUSTON, TX- Two workers fell into a trench at a construction site on Montrose Blvd on Oct. 17th, KHOU reports.
The Houston Fire Department arrived on the scene at Bomar Street and Montrose Blvd at 3p.m.
One worker was getting himself out when first responders arrived. It took 40 minutes for the fire department to rescue the second worker who was half-buried in materials from the construction site. This man had fallen down fifteen feet.
No information was given on any injuries that may have been sustained by the workers. It is known that they were hospitalized.
