2 hurt after semi-truck, box truck collide on Grand Pkwy. in Spring
SPRING, TX – Two drivers were injured when a box truck and a semi-truck collided on the Grand Parkway in Spring during Monday morning’s rush hour.
According to a report by KHOU, the collision occurred at the Birnham Woods Drive overpass shortly before 9 a.m.
Photos from the scene show the box truck crashed below the tollway, while the big rig was left dangling off the overpass.
The box truck’s driver was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. The other driver involved suffered minor injuries but declined treatment at the scene.
