3 year-old killed by intoxicated driver on FM 2920 Rd
HOUSTON, TX- An intoxicated man was speeding on FM 2920 Rd when he crashed into a vehicle containing two adults and a 3 year-old on Jan. 4th, Fox 26 Digital reports.
The speeding car slammed into the other vehicle while that vehicle was at rest at a stop light at 1:17a.m. on Jan 4th. When authorities arrived, they found the three injured victims. The at-fault driver had already fled the scene.
The child was flown to Memorial Hermann Hospital but died the next day around 12:41p.m..
Both adults are expected to survive.
The at-fault driver was later caught. He was found to be Rosendo Gaeta.
Gaeta faces five charges, including intoxication manslaughter.
