EMS crews called to crash on Chimney Rock Rd near SW Houston
HARRIS COUNTY, TX — Local police and fire department crews responded to a collision Monday afternoon on Chimney Rock Road near southwest Houston, according to City of Houston.
The accident was reported near the intersection with Burdine Street, in the Westbury area. Authorities arrived on the scene shortly before 1:00 p.m.
It was unclear what caused the crash, but dispatchers listed the incident as a “major” crash involving no reported fatalities.
While fire department officials described the crash as an “EMS event,” it remains unclear how many people were hurt and how badly.
