Harris County criminal judge dies in crash in Houston’s South Side
HOUSTON, TX – Harris County criminal judge Frank Aguilar died in a single-vehicle collision at TX 288 SB and Holly Hall St on Sunday, according to FOX 26.
Aguilar was in a white SUV when it crashed into a pole around 4:30 p.m. It is unclear who was driving the vehicle.
Paramedics transported Aguilar to an area hospital, where he died around 6:30 a.m.
Emergency crews shut down the area where the crash occurred to investigate the incident. The area was reopened around 8:10 p.m.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
