Hit-and-run driver fatally collides with pedestrian in Westwood

HOUSTON, TX – A man was arrested for a deadly hit-and-run collision that occurred near Country Creek Street and Club Creek Drive on September 5, according to ABC 13.

Yimmy Ulloa-Padilla, was allegedly driving south on Country Creek Street when he hit a pedestrian and fled the scene around 9:45 p.m.

The pedestrian died from their injuries.

Authorities located Ulloa-Padilla’s car around four miles from the crash site. They arrested Ulloa-Padilla and charged him with failing to stop and render aid and DWI.

Ulloa-Padilla appeared in court on Sunday.
