Two Dead in a Fiery Hit-and-Run Accident

HOUSTON, TX – Two people were killed in a fiery hit-and-run crash on Broadway Street early Sunday morning, 13ABC reports.

According to the Houston Police Department, the accident occurred at the 8200 block of Broadway Street around 1:30 am. A white Infiniti SUV and a black Infiniti SUV were both traveling northbound at high speed when they collided. The black Infiniti left the road, crashed into a bus stop, and caught on fire.

The two occupants of the black Infiniti were ejected from the vehicle. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

The white Infiniti fled the scene. An investigation is currently underway.
