Motorcyclist killed in crash with Conroe ISD police cruiser
CONROE, TX – A motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries Tuesday in a crash involving a police officer in central Montgomery County, reports Fox 26 Houston.
The accident occurred around 6:30 p.m. in the 2900 block of North Loop 336 East in northeast Conroe, which is about 40 mile northwest of Houston.
Police say that a southbound motorcyclist collided with a northbound Conroe ISD patrol vehicle when the officer in the patrol vehicle initiated a left turn across the highway.
The impact of the crash ejected the motorcyclist, who succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The Conroe ISD police officer did not sustain injuries in the accident.
