Man in is 70s killed in hit-and-run crash in Houston  

HOUSTON, TX – A man in his 70s was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Houston on Wednesday night, Click2Houston reports. 

The incident happened around 10:45 p.m. on Airline Drive. The man in his 70s, was crossing northbound Airline Drive with his wife, when he was struck by a vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle immediately fled the scene, and the man died from his injuries. 

Officials believe the suspect was driving a silver or white SUV or a small pickup truck and is believed to have a missing side mirror. 

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
