HOUSTON, TX – A male pedestrian was killed as a result of a crash involving a train that happened in Houston on Monday.

The train struck the male pedestrian around 1 p.m. on the 3101st block of Holmes Road, according to Click2Houston.

The impact led the pedestrian to succumb to his injuries at the scene.
