Person critically injured after early-morning rollover on Research Blvd
AUSTIN, TX – One person was taken to the hospital with critical injuries following an early-morning rollover crash on Research Boulevard, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.

The collision occurred in the 8500 block of northbound Research Blvd at 2:01 a.m., when a vehicle crashed and overturned.
Medics performed CPR and what were described as “extensive medical procedures” on a victim and were able to regain a pulse. The patient, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was taken to Dell Seton to receive treatment for critical, life-threatening injuries.
Drivers were told to drive carefully and to expect heavy traffic delays near the scene.
