At least 1 killed in motorcycle-vehicle collision on Houston’s Katy Freeway

HOUSTON, TX – At least one person died as a result of a motorcycle-vehicle collision that happened on the Katy Freeway overnight.

The crash occurred before midnight on Thursday and warranted closures for the inbound feeder road lanes that lasted several hours, according to KHOU.

All lane closures for the feeder road lanes were lifted at 5:30 a.m. The main freeway lanes stayed open.

Authorities did not release the victim’s name or specify the events leading to the crash.
