Authorities respond to pedestrian crash involving student at Kingwood High School

HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A student was taken to a hospital Monday morning after being struck by a vehicle while walking near Kingwood High School, reports Click2Houston.

Harris County Constable Precinct 4 officials, Houston Fire crews, and Humble ISD Police were all dispatched to the scene in the 2700 block of Kingwood Drive.

No information regarding the circumstances of the incident has been made available, but first responders transported the student to an area hospital to be evaluated. The severity of their condition was not immediately disclosed.
