BMW X3 crashes along Gessner Rd in W Houston, killing driver
HOUSTON, TX – A 35-year-old man died over the weekend in a single-vehicle collision on the west side of Houston, reports My Texas Daily.
Around 2 a.m. Saturday, emergency crews responded to a major crash on Gessner Road. Officials haven’t yet provided a cross street for the incident.
Authorities allege that the driver of a southbound BMW X3 was speeding when he lost control of his SUV, veered off of Gessner Road, and crashed into a pole.
The driver, whose name has not yet been released to the public, died after transport to an area hospital.
No other injuries have been referenced in connection to the accident.
