Bystanders pull driver from burning car near Northshore Park in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX – According to KHOU, two bystanders pulled a driver from a burning car near Lake Woodlands Drive and Lakeside Boulevard on Monday.

A two-vehicle collision occurred around 2:25 p.m. Following the crash, one car became engulfed in flames and the other driver slammed into a pole.

Two witnesses extricated the driver from the burning vehicle. Paramedics treated the victim at the scene and transported him to an area hospital.

The other driver did not suffer serious injuries.

The incident is under investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
