Coffee shop damaged by a car collision on Commerce St.

HOUSTON, TX- A car almost hit two customers when it slammed into the Tout Suite coffee shop on March 4th, Fox26Houston reports.

A black Chevy Tahoe slightly injured injured Alexsey Reyes and Nathan Reeves when it crashed into Toute Suite around 4:30p.m. Both men had minor injuries and were not actually hit by the vehicle itself.

The two men had met in this coffee shop to film their podcast, “November Romeo.” Because the men were filming a podcast on camera at the time, they were able to catch a video of the black vehicle crashing into the glass behind them. In the video, one of the men even noted that the room had suddenly become very silent. The truck is then seen to drive into the window.

The at-fault driver was a 38 year-old female. She ran a red light, hit a white Ford, and then drove to the side and into the building. This woman was cited for not yielding to the light.

It seems as if no other occupants were injured by the collision.
