Collision shuts down roadway near East Parmer Lane
AUSTIN, TX- Officials reported an accident that shut down the roadway in both directions near the intersection of East/West Parmer Lane and East Yager Lane on Saturday morning, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
Both the northbound and southbound lanes of the roadway were shut down after reports of an accident at approximately 6:53am, near the Parmer Lane and Yager Lane intersection. No further details about the cause of the crash have been released, and information on injuries is pending. However, officials suggested avoiding the area.
