Constable deputies respond to hit-and-run near Northridge Park
HOUSTON, TX – Deputies with the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 were dispatched to a hit-and-run on Hardy Toll Road southbound near East Richey Road Friday morning, according to Mark Herman.
TRAFFIC ALERT: Deputies are responding to a hit and run accident on the south bound mainlanes of Hardy Toll Rd, south of E Richey Rd.
