Driver crashes into trees near S Loop E
HOUSTON, TX – According to the Houston Police Department, a driver fatally collided with a tree on the 5700 block of S Loop E on Wednesday.
A man was driving a gold Toyota 4Runner east on S Loop E when he strayed off the road and slammed into a tree in the area between S Loop E and the service road around 1:15 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
The HPD Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the incident.
