Driver fatally collides with motorcyclist on Wade Rd in Baytown
BAYTOWN, TX – A juvenile driver fatally struck a motorcyclist on the 8000 block of Wade Road on Saturday, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
The juvenile was driving a 2017 BMW X5 north on Wade Rd when they rear-ended a 2022 Honda Grom motorcycle operated by Justin Wayne Montemayor around 11:20 p.m. The collision ejected Montemayor from the motorcycle.
Rescue crews pronounced Montemayor dead at the scene around 11:34 p.m.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the incident.
