Driver fatally collides with semi-truck on E Fwy Service Rd in Channelview
CHANNELVIEW, TX – A man died after he rear-ended a semi-truck on the 16000 block of E Fwy Service Rd on Wednesday, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Carlos Benito Ibarra was driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla east on the E Fwy Service Rd when he slammed into the back of a semi-truck around 6:04 a.m.
Paramedics pronounced Ibarra dead at the scene.
