Driver slams into bridge abutment on I-45 in Conroe
CONROE, TX – A male driver was hurt when he crashed a U-Haul van into a bridge abutment on I-45 under TX 242 on Thursday, according to Click 2 Houston.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and plowed into the bridge abutment around 7:30 a.m.
Emergency crews extricated the man from the U-Haul and transported him to an area hospital in critical condition.
Officials have not provided the victim’s name or information on what caused the collision.
