Driver strikes 15 year-old pedestrian in NW Harris County
HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Nov. 13th, a 15 year-old boy was killed by a car on Imperial Valley Drive, Click2Orlando reports.
At 7:25p.m., the boy and his friend were walking when a car hit the boy at 18300 Imperial Valley Drive.
The driver stayed at the site of the scene and cooperated with authorities. It is believed that the driver had the right-of-way.
