EMS crews respond to major crash on Harwin Dr in Houston’s Chinatown
HOUSTON, TX — Authorities were called to a collision Friday afternoon in southwest Houston’s Chinatown neighborhood, according to the City of Houston Active Incidents page.
The wreck occurred at 10101 Harwin Drive, near the Ola Nti costume jewelry shop within Pointwest Shopping Center. Houston Police, Fire Department crews, and EMS personnel arrived at the scene shortly after 2:15 p.m.
While little information has been released, dispatchers listed the incident as a “major” but “non fatal” collision.
The event was also classified as an “EMS event,” but no serious injuries or hospital transports were immediately reported.
