EMS crews respond to major hit-and-run on Brookston St in SW Houston
HOUSTON, TX — A hit-and-run collision was reported Tuesday afternoon in southwest Houston’s Brentwood neighborhood, according to the City of Houston Active Incidents page.
The incident occurred at 4147 Brookston Street, near the intersection with Southfield Drive. Houston Police, Fire Department crews, and EMS personnel were called to the scene just after 12:50 p.m.
Authorities have not disclosed the circumstances of the event, but dispatchers described a “major” collision in which at least one person failed to stop and render aid (“FSRA”).
No injuries have been confirmed, but the crash resulted in an “EMS event.”
