EMS personnel respond to major crash on Patterson St in NW Houston
HOUSTON, TX — Authorities were called to a collision Thursday afternoon near northwest Houston’s Rice Military neighborhood, according to the City of Houston Active Incidents page.
The accident was reported at 1499 Patterson Street, at the intersection with Koehler Street and Maxie Street, near West End Park. Dispatchers began receiving alerts at around 3:09 p.m.
Very few details have been released, but the incident drew a response from Houston Police, Houston Fire Department crews, and EMS personnel. Officials indicated a “major” crash that resulted in an “EMS event.”
While it’s unclear whether anyone suffered major injuries or had to be hospitalized, the incident was initially listed as a “non fatal.”
