First Class Tours bus fatally strikes pedestrian on I-45 HOV lane
HOUSTON, TX- An unidentified person was killed by a bus on the Gulf Freeway around 6a.m. on March 13th, KTRK reports.
The bus, which was from the First Class Tours company but was contracted by METRO at the time, hit the pedestrian while that person was walking across the HOV lane.
Because of the investigation that occurred after the incident, the section of interstate that makes up the inner HOV lane near Edgebrook was closed off while authorities responded to the call.
