Hit-and-run driver collides with person riding horse in Pearland
PEARLAND, TX – According to Click 2 Houston, a hit-and-run driver collided with a person riding a horse on the 1800 block of O’Day Rd on Saturday.
The driver of a small white sedan struck the horse around 7:38 p.m.
First responders transported the rider to an area hospital.
The horse suffered serious injuries and was euthanized at the scene.
Authorities found a passenger-side mirror at the scene. They believe the suspect’s vehicle will have major front-end damage and a missing passenger-side mirror.
