HIGHLANDS, TX – According to Click 2 Houston, a driver allegedly fled the scene after striking a high school student on the 2800 block of N Battlebell Rd on Tuesday.

John Wesley Williams, 61, was driving a 2007 Dodge Ram on N Battlebell Rd when he reportedly ran a stop sign and disregarded the bus’s flashing lights.
