HPD, HFD respond to major crash on Caroline St in downtown Houston
HOUSTON, TX — A collision was reported Monday afternoon in downtown Houston’s Central Business District, according to the City of Houston Active Incidents page.
Houston Police and Houston Fire Department crews were called to the scene at 1699 Caroline Street at around 3:19 p.m.
The circumstances of the accident have not been specified, but dispatchers listed the incident as a “major” but “non fatal” collision.
As of this writing, neither responding agency has disclosed the conditions of those involved, and it’s unclear how many vehicles were involved.
