Man dies following single-vehicle crash on US 90
HOUSTON, TX – According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a man died in a single-vehicle collision on the 8400 block of US 90 on Sunday.
Jose Ruiz was driving a black 2004 Ford Explorer west on US 90 at around 10:20 p.m. when he began to spin counter-clockwise and left the roadway before rolling over. Ruiz was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle during the crash.
Rescue crews pronounced Ruiz dead at the scene.
