Man injured in crash with 18-wheeler on Wells Branch Pkwy
AUSTIN, TX – One person was injured in an accident involving an 18-wheeler truck on Wells Branch Parkway earlier this week, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred on Wells Branch Pkwy, near Renaissance Court and Surrender Avenue at 10:06 p.m. Tuesday, when the 64-year-old driver of a silver 2005 Ford failed to maintain a single lane. The right-front quarter of his vehicle then collided with the left side of a red 2019 Freightliner truck being driven by a 43-year-old man.
The at-fault driver suffered possible injuries in the crash.
The truck driver was not reported as injured.
