Multiple drivers involved in crash that killed pedestrian on FM-1960 in Humble
HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A male pedestrian died Monday morning after being hit by several vehicles on Farm to Market Road 1960 in west Humble, reports ABC13.
The fatal incident took place at the intersection with Kenswick Drive, in front of the Walgreens and 7-Eleven stores. It was first reported by Mark Herman, Harris County Constable for Precinct 4, shortly before 7:00 a.m.
Authorities have not released a sequence of events, but preliminary details indicate the victim may have either been riding or walking a bicycle, which was reportedly found in the roadway.
It’s unclear exactly how many drivers were involved in the crash and whether they all remained at the scene. No information regarding pending charges has been reported.
A span of FM-1960 in the area was closed during the emergency response and investigation, which remains ongoing.
