Officer hurt following 3-vehicle crash in Meadowcreek
MISSOURI CITY, TX – According to ABC 13, a police officer was injured in a three-vehicle collision at Meadow Creek Dr and Cartwright Road on Thursday.
The officers’ lights were on when they collided with a white Toyota SUV at the intersection around 8 p.m. The collision caused the patrol vehicle to cross lanes of traffic and hit a stopped Nissan sedan, pushing the sedan into the grass.
First responders transported the officer to an area hospital. It is unclear if anyone else was hurt in the wreck.
Emergency crews closed off the area so police could investigate the crash.
