Officials release more info on deadly motorcycle crash on Fred Hartman Bridge

BAYTOWN, TX – According to KTRK, officials have provided additional details concerning the fatal motorcycle collision that occurred on the southbound lanes of the Fred Harman Bridge on Thursday.

The three-vehicle collision occurred around 11:57 a.m.

First responders pronounced the 17-year-old motorcyclist dead at the scene. It is unclear if anyone else was hurt in the accident.

Crews shut down the area to process the scene. The area was reopened around 3:30 p.m.

The Harris County Precinct 8 Constable’s Office is investigating the incident.
