One dead after crashing into semi-truck on Katy Freeway in Houston
HOUSTON, TX – A driver of a blue Hyundai Elantra was left dead after crashing into a semi-truck before noon Tuesday on the Katy Freeway.
According to ABC 13, the driver of the Hyundai did not maintain a lane and collided with the semi-truck.
The driver of the semi-truck was not hurt. However, the driver of the Hyundai died from injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
All details of Tuesday’s crash are under investigation.
At the time of reporting, the eastbound lanes were closed but have reopened since.
