One dead in I-35 crash in Georgetown

GEORGETOWN, TX – An unidentified person is dead following a multi-vehicle accident yesterday on Interstate 35 in Georgetown.

According to a report by KXAN, the accident happened before 5:30 a.m. on I-35 and County Road 146.

The accident caused authorities to close southbound lanes of traffic for around four hours.

There is no word at this time as to the identity of the victim or the circumstances of the crash.
