One killed in hit-and-run accident on Norwood Street
HOUSTON, TX- One person was killed in a hit-and-run accident on Norwood Street early Friday, according to Houston Police Department reporting.
At approximately 1:35am, an individual on a skateboard was struck by a driver in a vehicle near the 224 area of Norwood Street. The vehicle did not stop after the crash, and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. The accident is still under investigation, and officials are still searching for the driver.
