One seriously injured after entrapped in vehicle on Southwest Parkway
AUSTIN, TX- A victim was entrapped in their vehicle and seriously injured in a single-vehicle incident on Southwest Parkway on Monday evening, according to Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services.
The accident occurred in the intersection of Southwest Parkway and Boston Lane at approximately 6:23pm. The one victim entrapped in their vehicle was promptly extricated by officials and declared a trauma alert. They were transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
