One seriously injured in scooter accident on Congress Avenue
AUSTIN, TX- One victim was injured after a scooter accident with a vehicle on South Congress Avenue late Thursday, according to Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services.
At approximately 10:03pm, a victim riding a moped scooter was struck by a vehicle near the 1009 area of South Congress Avenue. The victim was seriously injured due to the crash, and they were then transported to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment. No further information is available at this time.
