Person hospitalized after being hit by multiple vehicles on Riverside Dr
AUSTIN, TX – One person was severely injured after being hit by multiple vehicles on Riverside Drive early this morning, according to information from Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened between 1701-1721 E Riverside Dr near S Lakeshore Boulevard at 2:37 a.m., when a pedestrian victim was hit by several drivers.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, was then taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical, life-threatening wounds.
Drivers were told to expect extended road closures near the crash scene.
