Police investigate deadly single-vehicle crash on North Braeswood Boulevard

HOUSTON, TX – According to the Houston Police Department, a man died in a single-vehicle collision on the 5500 block of North Braeswood Boulevard on Monday morning.

A 27-year-old man was driving a white Ford F350 east on North Braeswood Boulevard at high speeds when he strayed off the road and slammed into a light pole before hitting the edge of a bridge rail. The Ford then flipped across the ravine and landed in shallow water around 6:25 a.m.

First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene.

The Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the incident.
