Semi-truck driver hurt following 2-semi-truck crash near New Caney
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – According to KHOU, a semi-truck driver was hurt in a two-semi-truck collision on I-69 near TX 99 on Friday.
A semi-truck driver was heading south on I-69 when they rear-ended another semi-truck that was stalled on the roadway around 12:30 a.m.
First responders transported the semi-truck driver who rear-ended the other semi-truck to an area hospital in critical condition.
Hazmat crews were dispatched to the area to clear the scene.
The area was reopened to traffic around 9 a.m
